Eligibility & Funding
CTI will be open to individuals across a broad spectrum of abilities. Like CTC, we embrace neurodiversity and recognize the intelligence and capability inherent in each individual. Residents will be considered for placement regardless of income.
Qualified Adults:
Parents and caregivers are expected to be active participants in the development and oversight of CTI, including involvement in outreach and fundraising to support our residences and day program. This is a big undertaking and requires a cooperative and collegial spirit among families.
Qualified Adults:
- Have secured Medicaid Benefits
- Are eligible for services from the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
- Need a structured learning environment and programming in the community
- May be eligible for CTI – DVRS Supported Employment programs
