Programs
At Celebrate the Individual, we understand that learning never stops. It is part of our mission to enable individuals to make informed decisions that allow them to engage as active citizens in a dynamic global society and to successfully meet the challenges and opportunities of the 21st-century global workplace and 21st-century life.
CTI’s program works with individuals over the age of 21 to prepare them to live and thrive as contributing members of the community. Utilizing the DIR-FCD approach, the program emphasizes core ethical values, creative thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, financial literacy, and career readiness. Individuals in both education and vocational tracks engage in internships and community-based learning opportunities to connect programs and real-world experiences.
Every participant’s comprehensive programming is based on an individual neuro/developmental profile of unique strengths and difficulties. Our program is also unique in the provision of services to young adults with an array of severity of disability and independence levels. Our collective vast experience has demonstrated that even individuals with substantial neurological and developmental disabilities can be quite intelligent and have potential to experience far greater growth than is assumed in most other programs.

Residential Program - Coming Soon!
CTI will provide 24/7 living arrangements for its residents, consisting of a day program and a residential component with evening activities - with an emphasis on:
CTI will offer comfortable, fully renovated homes within a 15-minute radius of Denville. Each home will house 3-4 individuals and have full-time staffing. We will begin with one home but plan to develop a cluster of homes in the same vicinity to create a tight-knit familial environment among residents and to foster a close connection to the broader community.
We plan to create connections with area schools, religious institutions, local organizations, and residential programs and invite volunteers and peers to CTI homes for evening activities (e.g., game night, music, cooking, and baking projects). CTI residents will also go out to enjoy recreational and cultural opportunities in the area.
The day classes will be open to serve individuals who do not have a residential placement with CTI. Adults in our residential facilities are welcome to attend a day program other than CTI.
